STS/RTG/RMG Gantry Anti-Collision
GCPS detects targets in the direction of STS/RMG/RTG travel. The system sets reasonable deceleration and stop intervals for RTG according to travel direction, distance and other elements, in order to reduce the impact of emergency stop on the equipment. Virtual areas are planned in the travel range through intelligent algorithms to achieve anti-collision control of STS/RMG/RTG in each travel direction.

STS Girder Anti-Collision
Monitors the gap between girders of adjacent STS cranes. It triggers automatic deceleration and emergency stop of crane travelling when approaching the safety threshold, preventing girder‑to‑girder impact and protecting crane steel structures.

Truck Head Protection System
Accurately identify the position and offset angle of the container truck under the spreader, determine the risk of hitting the front of the vehicle during descent, issue timely warnings and actively intervene in control to avoid accidents involving the front of the vehicle.

Trailer Lift Prevention System
Identifies the multi-dimensional information of the truck to comprehensively judge the risk of the truck being lifted. It will timely and reasonably intervene and limit the action of the equipment to avoid accidents caused by the truck being lifted.

Load Collision Prevention System
Detect key information of containers in the current bay and adjacent bays. Combined with the lifting status and trolley coordinates of the equipment, it realizes anti‑collision protection for yard containers to prevent container tipping accidents.

Automatic Fire Extinguishing Systems
Detect the entire space of the electrical room and conduct detection and protection inside the electrical cabinet; Detect the overall space inside the generator room and protect the electrical cabinet.
